The RHAON II System Manager is a comprehensive software suite for controlling and monitoring all Renkus-Heinz loudspeaker systems — now faster, more reliable, and with a streamlined, intuitive workflow. RHAON II is easy to program, easy to use, and fully compatible with both Gen5 and legacy Renkus-Heinz products.
With the 2.5.0 update, RHAON II now features our multi-award winning OmniBeam beam-shaping algorithm. With just a click of the “Snap to Audience” button, OmniBeam instantly generates custom-tailored audio coverage for any venue, making great sound experiences more accessible than ever before.
RHAON II System Manager has been completely redesigned from the ground up, using highly structured modular code for greater stability and expandability. The result is a new, more robust RHAON technology — faster, more reliable, with a streamlined, intuitive workflow. RHAON II is easy to program, easy to use, and fully compatible with both Gen5 and legacy Renkus-Heinz products.
RHAON II’s new network-agnostic interface has been structured to allow easy implementation of new and emerging protocols, including Dante and AES67. Support for multiple NICs and wireless operation makes RHAON II easy to integrate into existing network infrastructure.
BeamWare III
Incorporated directly into RHAON II is BeamWare III, the latest iteration in Renkus-Heinz’ powerful beam steering calculation and simulation program. BeamWare III takes a new, wizard-driven approach to beam steering. Gathering basic room and mounting information from the user BeamWare III uses new, enhanced algorithms to
automatically calculate the optimal beam design, acoustic centers, and level profiling, giving you reliable, predictable results, fast. For designers who want to create a custom frequency response target curve, RHAON II will automatically optimize and equalize the beams.
Now Featuring OmniBeam
The OmniBeam algorithm is based on beam shaping rather than beam steering. It generates ideal FIR coefficients for every unique venue, delivering faster, better and more consistent results with minimal input required. The result is custom-tailored coverage precisely dialed into the geometry of any space, providing the most consistent front-to-back audio experience possible. Equally important, OmniBeam allows integrators, regardless of their level of expertise, to achieve great results with minimal effort, every time.
OmniBeam simplifies the commissioning process for Renkus-Heinz steerable arrays, giving you better, more consistent coverage from the first press of a button. Once you open the interface, select the appropriate loudspeaker and enter the audience area. Then, press the aptly named “Snap to Audience Area” button. And voila — all the beam-steering calculations, frequency adjustments and FIR filter calculations are completed for you. Repeat the process for each audience area, and you’re done with configuration — you no longer need multiple beams to cover a single audience area.
Many adjustments can be made simply by moving the on-screen aiming handles (because who doesn’t like to tinker?). If you want more energy somewhere, move the handle where you want and the coverage follows. And that’s it. For more granular control of the beams, Renkus-Heinz still provides access to advanced controls should you need them.

RHAON (Renkus-Heinz Audio Operations Network) software platform makes it easy to connect and network multiple power loudspeakers (-RN, -RD1, -RD) using standard Ethernet cabling and devices. As a default, no IP settings are required and every PC set to obtain IP will connect to the loudspeakers when RHAON software is launched. Our 360 degrees platform guides you to find the best settings for the application, like our new URGO beams workflow, or to control loudspeaker-specific DSP functions and supervise the entire system from one place. It is user-friendly and constantly updated based on feedback from users. We are open to any new feature suggestions—do not hesitate to send us your comments!
